Gorgias integration helps you create Gorgias tickets when a customer leaves a review in Judge.me. This helps you reply faster to customer feedback and resolve their issues if needed.

How to activate the integration

Step 1: 

Create a Gorgias account

Step 2:

  • Go to Judge.me Settings > Integrations > Admin Backend > Workflow Automation Integration
  • Choose Gorgias and fill in the Gorgias Account Domain, for example, lilysbookcorner.gorgias.com
  • Click Connect.

Step 3:

  • In the next screen, you need to authorize Judge.me to access your data in Gorgias to enable this integration. We only request the necessary permissions to make this integration work.
  • Click Authorize app to continue


Step 4:

  • Enable the feature to create a ticket for each new review received.
  • You can choose which star rating threshold to create a ticket, for example, create a ticket for only reviews with 3 stars and below.
  • Then, assign a custom tag for the ticket. This tag helps you track the ticket easier in Gorgias.

How to use the integration

  • When you got a review in Judge.me that meets the condition you set (e.g. only reviews with 3 stars and below), Gorgias will create a ticket automatically with the tag "Judge.me review", like this:

Manage reviews from the Customer Sidebar Widget

  • You can manage your reviews directly in Gorgias by clicking the three buttons on the Customer Sidebar Widget on your right. The changes will be applied to the reviews in Judge.me. In particular, you can:
    • Publish the reviews
    • Hide the reviews
    • Publish and add the reviews to the Judge.me carousel
  • This Sidebar Widget also shows you some data on the reviews submitted by a customer, which gives you more information to resolve the case.
    • Content of the 3 latest reviews 
    • The total of reviews 
    • Average rating of all reviews

Note: 

If you Disconnect and Connect the integration again, this Sidebar Widget won’t show until you get a new review.

Publish/hide and reply to reviews using macros

You have 3 macros to resolve this ticket in Gorgias

  1. Hide review and reply privately: this macro will hide the review in Judge.me and let you send a reply from Gorgias to the customer's email.
  2. Publish review and reply publicly: this macro will publish the review in Judge.me and let you post a reply to that review publicly on the Review Widget.
  3. Publish review and reply privately: this macro will publish the review in Judge.me and let you send a reply from Gorgias to the customer's email.

Type in the macro name, select it and send your reply.
