With Judge.me, you can collect as many photo/video reviews for your brand as you can. You will also be able to rearrange the photos and download or hide the photos/videos of a review.
Change the order of the photo
To change the arrangement of the photo/video of a review:
- In Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
- Choose the review you want.
- There you can drag the photo to the correct order.
- Click Save photo order.
Download a photo
To download a photo from your review:
- In Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
- Choose the review with the photo you want to download.
- If you're using Google Chrome, right-click on the photo and choose Save image as.
Download a video
To download a video from your review:
- In Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
- Choose the review with the video you want to download.
- Click the download icon under the video.
Hide a photo/video
In case the photos or videos submitted are unfit, blurry, or just not applicable to your store, you can choose to hide them.
To hide a photo or video in a review:
- In Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
- Choose the review where you want to hide the photo/video.
- Click the checkmark under the photo/video to hide or publish it.
