One of the best ways to start an interaction with your customers is by replying to their reviews. 

You can thank them for a positive review or address an issue in a negative review. Once the issue is resolved, you can also ask the customers for a review update.

Reply to the review publicly

To reply to the review publicly:

  • In Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
  • Choose the review you want to send a reply to.
  • Click the reply icon and choose Public reply (widget).
  • The reply will then be shown in the review widget on your product page.

We can also notify the reviewer that you have replied to their review. You can enable and customize this email by going to Settings > Other Emails > Reply to Review Email.

Reply to the review via email

To reply to the review via email:

  • In Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
  • Choose the review you want to send a reply to.
  • Click the reply icon and choose Private reply (email).
