In this article, we will show you how to find your BigCommerce product_id and product_handle for your CSV file. You only need either the product_id or product_handle, whichever is easier for you to get.

product_id

  • In your BigCommerce admin, choose the product you want.
  • There you can see the product_id at the end of the URL.

product_handle

  • Go to a specific product page on your live store.
  • The product_handle in BigCommerce is the last part the product URL, regardless of the prefix before that.
