Reviewbit lets you automatically collect customer reviews through WhatsApp. Judge.me is integrated with Reviewbit so you can collect WhatsApp reviews via Reviewbit and these reviews will be sent automatically to Judge.me.
How to enable the integration
Step 1:
Install Judge.me and Reviewbit
Step 2:
From Reviewbit admin, go to Integrations, then choose Judge.me and click Activate Integration.
Step 3:
Go to WhatsApp Settings and enable your WhatsApp review request in Reviewbit if you haven't. Here, you can also adjust your message timing and the number of line items to send requests.
Step 4:
Fulfill your orders in the Shopify Orders dashboard. Make sure that the phone number in your customer's order is also their WhatsApp number.
Step 5:
Check the scheduled review requests in the Review Requests tab in Reviewbit. When the review requests are sent, your customers will receive a message on WhatsApp and can submit the reviews from there.
Step 6:
After the reviews are submitted, you can see them in the Reviews tab in Reviewbit.
When you click on the Approve button on each review, you will approve the reviews from Reviewbit side and send the reviews to Judge.me. All approved reviews in Reviewbit can be found in Judge.me Reviews dashboard (judge.me/index).
*Important note:
- The integration works with new "Approved" reviews only, old reviews in Reviewbit which were approved before the integration won't be sent to Judge.me.
- Reviews from Reviewbit are not automatically verified. Please contact support@judge.me and we will manually verify the reviews as long as you can provide evidence (e.g. showing screenshots of the order history from your other store).
- For now, review without email can’t be sent to Judge. me.
