Judge.me uses Google Cloud DLP to detect if your reviews contain any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as email addresses and phone numbers. This helps you protect the privacy of your reviewers if they accidentally include their information in the reviews.
- To adjust PII censoring settings, go to Settings > Review Widget > Review Curation.
- Scroll down to the Personal Identifiable Information Censor. You have two options to handle reviews containing PII:
(1) Automatically censor & publish reviews: the reviews will be published PII will be censored as [****] in the Reviews dashboard and the public widgets.
If you choose this option and enable automatic social push, our system will still push your reviews to social media, but the PII will be censored with [****].

(2) Automatically hide reviews: the reviews will be hidden and you can curate them in the Reviews dashboard.
If you choose this option, your reviews won't be pushed to social media via automatic social push.
You can filter all the PII censored reviews in the Reviews dashboard. The PII will be displayed and highlighted.
