AVADA: SMS, Email Marketing helps you create email and SMS campaigns such as Abandoned Cart Email, Cross-sell, Upsell Emails, etc. with a drag-and-drop editor and ready-to-use templates. AVADA is integrated with Judge.me so you can display your Judge.me reviews and average ratings in email campaigns as social proof.
1. How to enable the integration
Step 1: Open integration page in AVADA
From AVADA App Dashboard > Click to your account > Select Integration.
Step 2: Select “Judge.me” integration
Step 3: Open the Tokens in Judge.me
From Judge.me admin, to go Settings > Integrations > Developers. Click Show under 2 tokens to get the codes.
Paste them to AVADA accordingly, then click Save to complete the integration.
2. How to add Judge.me reviews with Testimonial blocks
Step 1: Create automation emails or newsletter campaigns
- To create Automation: App Dashboard > Automation > New workflow
- To create Newsletter Campaign: App Dashboard > Campaigns > New campaign
- If you want to edit the existing automation or campaign, just open the email editor.
Step 2: Drop the Testimonial blocks to your email
From the left panel of your editor, choose CONTENT, then drag and drop either TESTIMONIAL 1, TESTIMONIAL 2 into your email.
Step 3: Get reviews from Judge.me and edit the block content
TESTIMONIAL 1:
In the right panel, click on the first icon in your Review list to get reviews from Judge.me.
A pop-up will open and let you choose from a list of reviews. Please note that AVADA will only get the 5-star reviews from Judge.me.
After choosing the reviews, you can edit the review information such as icon image, link, footer text, etc. You can also add more reviews.
TESTIMONIAL 2:
After adding the block, click Load from Judge.me to load the correct average rating and review count from Judge.me. Then you can click on the first icon in your Review list to get Judge.me reviews (like in TESTIMONIAL 1).
After loading the reviews, you can edit the review information and add more reviews.
