For reviews generated through Judge.me review request emails, you can now check which Shopify order the reviews come from.
View order from the Reviews dashboard
To see the Shopify order that includes the line item being reviewed:
- In Judge.me admin, go to Reviews > Reviews dashboard.
- Find the review you need to view the order.
- Click the 3-dot icon.
- For reviews associated with an order, you'll see a View Order button. Clicking on this button will direct you to the order in Shopify admin.
View order from the review notification email
If you enable the review notification emails in Settings > Review Requests > Admin Notifications, we'll send you an email when you receive a new review.
For reviews associated with an order, the notification email will contain the name of the Shopify order (e.g. #1027) that includes the line item being reviewed.
