Shop-level reviews help you showcase overall reviews of your shop such as customer support, delivery, or website user experience. Shop-level reviews are activated if you enable the All Reviews Page (part of our Awesome plan). Customers can submit shop-level reviews by clicking on the Write a review button on the All Reviews Page.
To collect verified shop-level reviews, you need to use the Shop Review block in our custom email templates.
From Judge.me Product Reviews Main Dashboard, choose Requests > Emails Templates
Click the New Template button or choose an Email Template available and click on the Edit icon as shown in the screenshot below.
Start editing your Email Template by using drag and drop blocks. For more details about how to use each block, check this article.
You can find the Shop Review Block in the This block allows customers to submit a shop review by linking them to the “write a review” form on the All Reviews Page. You can customize the button text, button background, star color, and so on.
