Gratisfaction helps you set up customized loyalty campaigns to reward points that your customers can use to claim rewards, from coupons to physical rewards. With Gratisfaction <> Judge.me integration, you can reward points to customers who submit a review.

How to enable the integration


Step 1:

Install Gratisfaction and Judge.me 


Step 2:

From the Judge.me admin dashboard, choose Settings > Integrations > Admin Backend > Reward App Integrations > Gratisfaction. Then copy the API Token provided.


Step 3:

From the left panel in Gratisfaction dashboard, choose Loyalty and Referral Program.


Step 4:

  • In Reward reviews, choose Judge.me. Then enter the Shop domain and Private API token.
  • You can also customize your reward campaign by changing the basic settings below, such as points per review, maximum number of reviews rewarded per product per customer, etc.
  • Then click Save.
