1. What is Judge.me integration?
Judge.me integration is the combination of Judge.me and a third-party app, which brings you extra features to enhance your experience with our review app. We integrate with apps of different categories such as Marketing, Suggestions and Upsells; Search, Rewards; Push Notifications; SMS Requests, etc.
For example, if you want to send customized rewards instead of our coupons, you can install a reward app integrated with us. After you activate the integration, we'll send the rewards from the app you choose, rather than the default coupons.
Note:
Some integrations require you to share your private token/API key, which may reveal your store data, so please consider this before sharing your token.
2. How to enable the integrations
To enable the integrations, you need to install both Judge.me and the partner's apps. In general, all integrations can be enabled from Settings > Integrations. Some integrations work automatically after you install the apps, while the others may need further configurations from either Judge.me's or the partner's admin dashboard. Please check our helpdesk on integrations for detailed instructions.
*Note:
Some integrations are only available on Judge.me's Awesome plan and the partner's specific plans.
