You can easily change the date format or hide the date from the reviews to make them more relevant to your store. You can also edit the review date using the CSV file import.

Edit the review date

  • For reviews submitted by customers (email reviews, web reviews,...), the date cannot be changed.
  • For imported reviews and admin reviews, you can change the review date when editing the review.

Change the review date format

To change the date format:

  • In Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Review widget > Widget Body > Review Timestamps.
  • Choose a date format that best suits your store.

Hide the review date

To remove the timestamp in the reviews:

  • In Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Review widget > Widget Body > Review Timestamps.
  • Turn off the Review date.
