Review Requests for POS orders Product Reviews will also work for your POS (point of sale) orders. This means that a review request will be sent to your customer based on fulfillment and the delay time you have specified.

Prior to processing the review request email, we will check if a customer email is available and use that customer email address to send the review request to.

Make sure to add an actual customer to the order (and not only contact information). requires a customer with a customer email to send review requests. If no customer email address is available, you will see the error message Will skip: no customer email found resp. Skipped: no customer email found if the review request is already processed. Review requests are processed when the fulfillment date + delay days where reached.
