I'm trying to figure out how to get our support team members the ability to answer Q&A questions since they have the most expertise in our industry.
The issue is, I have to give Shopify App access to each member for them to have access to Judge's APP before they can reply to Q&A questions. This poses a huge security risk as it increases the number of staff accounts that have access to all of our shopify Apps.
Is there a way for my team to answer Q&A and not give them Shopify App access?
We are using freskdesk's ticket system and I've set that as the admin email. Right now they can only email customers directly to answer questions, it defeats the purpose of having Q&A on the product page though.
