Shopify in beta mode- products can't be added "The product you choose is not found in your shopify Admin?"

I need help. My Shopify is in Beta mode, not published yet. It says that the product is not found in shopify admin.
I don't understand, when I look at my shopify and preview the page it is and should be there?

What can I do?

Can you please elaborate more on what do you mean by "in Beta mode" is it a Shopify affiliate store?
