Hi - I am trying to work out where to find this option as most of our customers purchase more than one item and I want to make sure they only get one email... thanks for any help
If you enable the option "review other products", the customer will receive just one email. The review in-email will follow the order you choose (for example, Most expensive). However, if the "review other products" option is not enabled, the customer would receive three separate emails, one per product. A product will be excluded from the email if the customer has already left a review for it.
