I just installed the judge.me app manually.
I went into collection-template.liquid and from there found it held the product-card-grid.liquid. I then found the title of the product and added in the preview badge code under the product title.

It shows up fine on the product pages. I am not sure what I am missing here. Any guidance much appreciated
