You can import into our app from anywhere as long as you can get your reviews into a CSV file.
Check to see if your current app allows you to export reviews into a CSV file and then format it to fit this format here: https://support.judge.me/support/solutions/articles/44001933384-prepare-a-proper-csv-file-for-direct-import if you can get the reviews into a CSV file we can also check the format and do the import for you.
the most important values are the product identifiers so please check one of those is working correctly or the import will not work (product_id or product_handle).
