The color of "Write a review" button is automatic rendered based on your theme style, within the app settings we don't have option to change it.
But this can be done via CSS. You can inspect your page to find widget element and apply your custom css styling on the button (in your css theme file).
If you're not familiar with CSS, please reach back here or email us at support@judge.me - we then help to change the color for you.
Also, your store front is hidden behind a password, so please don't forget to send us the password to check your widget.

ok cool I can make the changes myself. would the code i want to modify to make the change permanent be found in the theme.scss.liquid file on shopify code edit?

Yes, you can made a permanent change by apply custom css in theme.scss.liquid.
Right now I am not able to check your live store (store is under password protection) but I do see your custom css in line 9198-9205.
