Hello Antoine,
Thank you for reaching us here at Judge.me Forums.
You can ask the client to update their review by sending them a Review update email (Guide here)
when your reviewers receive the email, they can click on a link to access a standalone form, where they can update their review star rating/content etc.
We hope this clarified your concern and feel free to reach back anytime at support@judge.me if you need further assistance.
Best,
Mohamed

Hello Antoine,
Do you mean the template of "Request Review Update" email?
Unfortunately, for this email we don't support multiple templates and we use language in shop setting only.
In fact, In our awesome plan - we do offer Multiple Language Emails but this is for review request emails only. You can check our article here for more information: https://support.judge.me/support/solutions/articles/44001923089-send-your-review-request-emails-in-multiple-languages

Hello Antoine,
For feature request, you can post it at https://judgeme.featureupvote.com/?order=popular&filter=allexceptdone so other shops can comment and vote on it.
Best,
Kien Tran
Great guide thank you very much.
Is there a way to configure the reply to have multiple template based on the review language?
In order to have multiple language template we need to Upgrade to Judge.me.pro?
Hello Antoine,
Send review request emails in multiple languages require merchants to create custom email templates - which available in our Awesome plan only.
So yes, if your shop is in Forever Free plan, you need to upgrade to use this feature.
Best,
Kien Tran
I just saw that we are on the Awesome plan.
I would like if you could add this feature to your developpement plan.
Is there a place where i can summit the idea?

Usualy when i client leave a bad review we ask them why.
3/4 of the times it will be because they went too fast and wanted to give 5/5 but gave 1/5, or wanted to give 4/5 but gave 2/5.
Is there a way to Manually change the Star review on the client and they will have to approve the change?
