Yes, review request emails can be created for customers prior to Judge.me installation.
We have two methods for creating these requests. On of which is only available in the Awesome plan.
For the one only available in the Awesome plan, you just have to set a date from which you want Judge.me to scan your orders. It will stop on the date Judge.me was installed, and it will create the requests for those orders that are fulfilled.

The second method, available on the Free Forever plan, requires you to create a CSV file including the order information, then you would need to upload the file into Judge.me and the review requests will get created.
