Firstly:
The new display name options for the reviewers is a new update from our side and we can't remove it because we are obligated by most privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA to allow reviewers to determine what is publicly visible. We built this feature to meet such legal requirements.
But no worries:
You can fix the cuts off issues on your woocommerce shop just by adding this CSS code:

Is there any way for me to remove the Name sample of John Smith for the leave a review? It cuts off on the page and it makes it confusing.
