Not able to send review request for Custom Order

I set up a draft order for a customer which was purchased. They would like to leave a review, but JudgeMe says they cannot because there is no product linked. What can I do here?

Probably there's some problem about the product information that you included in the request. 

Could you please send us the details of it at so we can have a look?
