We don't have a way to retrieve customer pictures if existent.
If you don't want to have that on your review widgets. I could help with removing it. Just let me know what the link to your store is, and I would proceed.

You can remove the client avatar using custom CSS, please use this CSS to remove it:
.jdgm-rev__icon {
display: none !important;
}You can place this CSS on one of your .css file or on the Addional CSS section on the customizer of your store
