We just started using Judge.me in our store. WE are pretty amazed with all the features that the tool provides. Although, when we tried the integration with Slack it doesn't seems to work.
The app is added to Slack channel as expected, but we don't receive any message there when a new reviews is created. Is there something the we are missing?
- We can see the message added an integration to this channel: Judge.me on Slack
- The reviews are being created in the Shopify Admin area, inside the app UI
- The reviews are saved and Published correctly.
- Message don't received on private or public channels, or user
Also I would like to know if there is any plan to have integrations with Algolia, or if there is any recommended way to get the average rating and reviews count values as product metafields so we can use this to filter results on Collections page.
Basically what we need is be able to access the reviews info like: usign something like prodcut.metafields.judgeme.reviews_average_rating or prodcut.metafields.judgeme.reviews_count
