Are these orders in "Completed" status already? Judge.me can only scheduled the completed ones.
On the other hand, there was an issue with our SSL provider, which is also affecting many other websites on the Internet, which could have caused the issue.
Is it possible to test with a new completed order if the scheduling is properly working now?
