Can we use this plugin to collect patient reviews or is it only limited to woo commerce?

You'll need to install the Woocommerce plugin in order to install our plugin too.

Once installed, in your case we think that you could be installing an All Reviews Page in order to collect shop level (or service level) reviews, instead of product level reviews.
