A customer successfully bought a product from my store and left 2 reviews. But I see that they are not verified. What may be the reason?
Our app can automatically generate the verified review badge as long as the email used for fulfillment matched the one used for leaving a review. In this case, different emails might have been used.
However, we can still verify reviews from our end. We would just need any proof of their authenticity. For example, any screenshot of the order's receipt where we could match the reviewer's name.
