We would like to use the Single product review email. We see there’s a new function to allow customers to review other products they purchased. We have a few questions below:
1°: Yes, exactly.
2°: Yes, that is correct too. You can set the Request Review Product Order based on: Most expensive, Least expensive, Random or Least reviews.
3° and 4°: If you enable the option "review other products", the customer will receive just one email. The review in-email will follow the order you choose (for example, Most expensive). However, if the "review other products" option is not enabled, the customer would receive three separate emails, one per product. A product will be excluded from the email if the customer has already left a review for it.
