If someone has a cart with 14 items, they will get a review email 14 times?

If someone has a cart with 14 items, they will get a review email 14 times? Can I limit this if I use a single review email?

 

My concern is that if someone has to be directed to our site, they in turn will have to log in.  I don’t think many people will like this.  I would want a very easy review process.

 

Again, if someone makes a review directly in the email, how does it get on the product page?

I will do an example, using the default Request Timing settings and with an order with 14 items:

 

 


- Single review email template: we will send out 3 review request emails, 1 per product


- Multi review email template: we will send out 1 email request email for 3 products


Note that you can set up your priority conditions from the following setting:


 


However, if you change the default setting from 3 to 14 line items:


- Single review email template: we will send out 14 review request emails, 1 per product


- Multi review email template: we will send out 1 review request email for 14 products


Now, regarding your last question, "if someone makes a review directly in the email, how does it get on the product page?"


Once a review is submitted in the Single Review Email Template, the user is directed to the product page to confirm that their review has been successfully submitted. They can also edit the review if necessary.
