There are 2 ways for collecting Shop reviews:
1. Installing the All Reviews Page (Awesome Plan feature)
This widget creates a page dedicated to all your reviews, both product reviews and shop reviews. Customers can leave reviews on the widget, even the shop reviews.
You can install it right from this setting: https://judge.me/settings?jump_to=all+reviews+page+installation
2. Floating Reviews Tab (Awesome Plan feature)
This widget is a lighter version of the All Reviews Page. This widget is displayed when a floating tab is clicked. Customers can also leave shop reviews from there.

Hi, I found this article, but is doesn't fully answer the question.
So how to gather shop reviews? I don't see any button on my shop review page to leave a shop review. I disabled this functionality for product reviews, as only verified buyers can leave a review.
I'd like to gather shop reviews via email, together with the product reviews. How can I do this? Or can I share a link to leave a shop review? I'm running judge.me on Woocommerce.

I found that I can use a customer email template to ask for a shop review and it doesn't seem to work as easy as with the product review. I tested it, but the variable {{ shop_review_href }} is not working. I get a 404 error on my webshop.
How can I fix this?
Sure, you can request for shop reviews via emails.
If you are on our Awesome plan, you can create a custom email template with our new email editor (Requests > Emails Templates> Blocks (right panel) > Judge.me Review Request Blocks) and add the "Shop Review" block to your email. If you are on our Free plan, you can add shop reviews if you are using our Multiple Review Email Template. Just edit it and enable "Shop Review" under it's settings.
Since you are on WooCommerce, both of these options should be available to you.

Can you please advise me how I can add a widget in my webshop so people can leave a review of my shop?
For now the product reviews work all ok. But I do not know how I can gather shop reviews.
