You can change the Review Curation setting HERE (please access the link while logged in your store)
The options provided there are:
Autopublish ON: New reviews will be published automatically, but you can curate them as Hidden to remove them.
Autopublish OFF: New reviews will be published only after you curate them as Published.
And yes, you can exclude products of generating Review Requests HERE

Hi! I want to hide all reviews but can't seem to find where those settings are?
Also, is there a way for customers to leave reviews only for certain products they've bought? At the moment, emails are sent out asking customers to review both products they chose along with the month’s featured products. I love this feature but I'm only interested in customers' feedback for the products they picked.
