You can manually schedule requests for both Shopify & non-Shopify orders using the bulk CSV upload, which is available on the Free plan. So if you have the product sold on eBay listed on your Shopify stores, you are able to send requests for eBay orders to collect reviews on your Shopify's store.

Orders from other marketplaces come through our Shopify order system. For example all of our eBay orders are in our Shopify order history. When we Schedule Manual Review Requests For old Shopify orders is Judge.me going to send a review request to ebay orders or will it know to only send to Shopify orders?
