Checkout comments didn't appear

My checkout comments don’t appear on the product page. Why?


Make sure you have installed the Checkout Comments widget on your ecommerce store. Here is how you can do that:

  • Go to Checkout Comments dashboard

  • Choose Settings tab > Installation

Have you received a review request from our app, Judge.me, after placing an order in a specific shop?


If you received the request before the order was delivered, you'll need to contact the admin of the shop in order to know why this happened. You'll probably be able to find the contact information on their website.
