According to the screenshot, you are about to integrate Judge.me with the reward app called Smile.io. Once you enable Judge.me inside Smile.io, you can reward your customers in several ways once they leave a comment on your store via Judge.me widget.
Before making the integration:
Make sure both Smile.io and Judge.me app are installed properly in your Shopify dashboard
Make sure you are using a Smile paid plan (from $49) and Judge.me Awesome plan ($15).
