Unfortunately, styling for the replies is not available in the plugin at this moment.
You can always post it as a suggestion on https://judgeme.featureupvote.com/?order=popular&filter=allexceptdone
That way other shops can comment, expand and vote on it.

I use your plugin on my WordPress website and when I post a reply to a review, all formatting is stripped out on the site. The formatting really helps convey my message - how ca this be enabled?
