In the Judge.me dashboard https://judge.me/index we always have two different reply options for all merchants: Public reply (widget) and Private reply (email)
If you don't see it on your end, then most likely because of caching issue on your browser. Could you please accessing our app in another web browser? maybe even another computer and try it again?
This would confirm that it is just a browser issue that usually only requires wiping cache.

Where can we reply public to a review ? I only see the reply via private email on the dashboard which we don't want to do !
