Obviyo, formerly known as HiConversion, offers a powerful app that generates product recommendations using advanced machine learning technology similar to what Amazon.com uses. With our integration, you can showcase our star ratings within the recommendations page you've set up in Obviyo.
Here's how to Enable the Integration:
Step 1: Access the Obviyo admin dashboard
Begin by navigating to the Obviyo admin dashboard.
Go to the Online Store section and select Recommendations.
Then, click on Add Recommendations.
Step 2: Configure the product rating section
In the editor, scroll down until you reach the Product Details section.
Locate the Product Rating option and check the box to enable Judge.me ratings.
You can also customize the background color and alignment of the rating section according to your preferences.
Step 3: Save your changes
After making the necessary adjustments, simply click Save and Update.
Important information
1. For Shopify Plus users:
If your store is on the Shopify Plus plan, you can include Judge.me ratings on the Confirmation page without requiring any advanced modifications. Just check the "Product Rating" option in the Product Details settings.
2. For Non-Shopify Plus users:
If your store isn't on the Shopify Plus plan, you can still showcase Judge.me ratings on the Confirmation page. However, a couple of steps are involved:
Upgrade to the Judge.me awesome plan, which is priced at $15 per month.
Contact Obviyo at [email protected], and they will assist you with the necessary customizations on their end.
3. For Non-Shopify Plus users with Judge.me free plan:
If your store isn't on the Shopify Plus plan and you are using Judge.me's Free plan, please note that you won't be able to display ratings on the Confirmation page. However, you can still showcase ratings on other recommendation pages.
By following these straightforward steps, you can integrate Judge.me ratings into your Obviyo recommendations page, enhancing your customers' shopping experience.
