We currently authorize some third-party sub-processors to process your data depending on which functions you enable in your Judge.me settings. Pursuant to Article 6 of the UK GDPR, the lawful bases for processing is to fulfil our contract with you.
International data transfers will be subject to either:
- Standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulant (EU) 216/679 and the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (the "Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum"); or
- Article 45 of the UK General Data Protection Regulations ("Article 45 of the UK GDPR"):
