Important notes

  • Review Data Transmission: The integration facilitates the transfer of review data to ActiveCampaign for every created review, regardless of whether it's published or moderated.

  • Subscriber Enrichment: Existing subscribers will see their review data enhancing their contact details within ActiveCampaign. For non-subscribers, a new account will be generated, containing the review data but lacking additional details like a name.

  • Limited to New Reviews: The integration exclusively applies to new reviews generated after its activation. Reviews predating the integration will not trigger interactions with ActiveCampaign.

  • Exclusions: Imported reviews and those generated by administrators will not activate the ActiveCampaign integration.

  • Review Requests: Please note that sending review requests directly through ActiveCampaign is not supported. Refer to the relevant article for guidance on sending review requests.

By successfully following these steps and understanding the integration's parameters, you're poised to transform customer reviews into potent tools for refined email segmentation, enriching your engagement strategies with authentic insights.
