1. What is Judge.me integration?
Judge.me integration combines Judge.me with third-party apps, offering additional features to enhance your experience with our review app. These integrations cover various categories such as Marketing, Suggestions and Upsells, Search, Rewards, Push Notifications, and SMS Requests.
For instance, if you wish to send customized rewards instead of our default coupons, you can install a reward app integrated with us. After activation, rewards will be sent from the app you choose.
Note: Some integrations may require sharing your private token/API key, which could reveal your store data. Please consider this before sharing your token.
2. How to enable integrations
From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations

To enable integrations, you need to install both Judge.me and the partner's apps. In general, you can enable integrations from the Settings > Integrations menu.
Some integrations work automatically after app installation, while others may require additional configuration from either Judge.me's or the partner's admin dashboard. Detailed instructions can be found in our helpdesk.
Note: Certain integrations are exclusively available on Judge.me's Awesome plan and specific partner plans.
