If you want to send your review requests via push notifications, please install PushOwl.


SMS Requests

If you want to send your review requests via SMS messages, please install one of these apps:

  1. SMSBump 
  2. SMS Notifications 


*Note: The schedule of your push notifications and SMS requests will follow your settings in Review Request.


How to enable the requests integrations


PushOwl

  • From your Judge.me settings, go to Integrations > Requests Integrations > Push Notifications > PushOwl.
  • Go to Review Requests > PushOwl to configure your Review Request Push Template and Media Reminder Push Template. PushOwl push notifications will mirror your settings in Review Requests > Timing and Format.

SMSBump

  • Log in to the app dashboard on the SMSBump website and choose Integration from the drop-down menu to get the API Key.
  • From your Judge.me settings, go to Integrations > Requests Integrations > SMS Requests > SMSBump, then paste the API Key and click Save Settings.

SMS Notifications

  • Go to SMS Notifications App in your Shopify admin, copy the Licence Key in the Settings.
  • From your Judge.me settings, go to Integrations > Requests Integrations > SMS Requests > SMS Notifications, then paste the Licence Key and click Save Settings.
