Create and upload the file
Open Judge.me import template and click Make a copy.
Fill in your reviews according to our format.
Download the sheet from File > Download > Comma Separated Value (.csv).
Then from your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Import & Export.
At the top, select Judge.me, upload the file and click Import.
We will process the file and email you with details about the import results, including:
number of successful reviews,
number of failed reviews,

From your Judge.me admin, go to Import & Export > Import reviews > From Judge.me Template (Advanced).
Upload the file and click Import reviews.
Format your CSV file
title | optional | title of the review |
body | required | body of the review (up to 5000 characters) |
rating | required | the review rating (1-5) |
review_date | optional | the date the review was created (dd/mm/yyyy). If empty, the current date will be used. |
reviewer_name | optional | name of the reviewer. If empty, "Anonymous" will be used. |
reviewer_email | optional | email address of the reviewer |
product_url | required | the link to the product page (e.g. https://abc.myshopify.com/products/bath-body-works) |
picture_urls | optional | Links of the images you want to show in the review.

Advanced columns
You can also add more information to your reviews by adding these advanced columns to your CSV file.

ip_address | the IP address of the review (e.g. 34.203.165.149).
We automatically calculate the location (city, country, country code) based on this IP address. |
CFYour Question | Answers to each custom question will need to be in a separate column like below.
