Displaying product reviews in Frequently Bought Together
Updated over a week ago

In the ever-evolving landscape of e-commerce, presenting your products in an enticing and user-friendly manner is paramount. Customers appreciate convenience, recommendations, and the wisdom of the crowd when making their purchasing decisions.

To cater to these preferences, we introduce a powerful integration that transforms your product pages and elevates the shopping experience.

How it works

Frequently Bought Together enables you to showcase Amazon-style product recommendation bundles directly on your product pages. These bundles come complete with an "add-to-cart" button, allowing customers to easily add these moderated product combinations to their shopping carts. Moreover, Frequently Bought Together integrates with Judge.me, empowering you to incorporate star ratings and review counts into your product bundles.

How to set up

Step 1: Install Frequently Bought Together and Judge.me

To get started, make sure you have both Frequently Bought Together and Judge.me installed.

Step 2: Configure visual preferences

Go to the Frequently Bought Together admin panel and select Quick navigation > Visual preferences.

Step 3: Select the Star Rating

Click on the star icon to proceed.

Step 4: Choose Judge.me product reviews

Opt for Judge.me Product Reviews as your preferred review app to display the rating. You can opt to show both the star rating and the review count, and even customize the star color to match your store's aesthetics.

Here's a preview of how product bundles with review stars will appear on your store:

Please note: Only products with existing reviews will display a star rating and review count. If you don't see stars next to a product, it means that particular item has yet to receive reviews.

With this integration, you can enhance your customers' shopping experience by providing them with valuable product recommendations and the reassurance of peer reviews, all in one convenient package.
