Available on the Awesome plan

With Judge.me, you can easily share reviews between different products using product groups. Reviews for products in the same group will be displayed on all the product pages within that group.

When to use product groups

Consider using product groups when your products fall into one of the following categories:

  1. Variants of a Single Product: For instance, different-colored socks with unique product URLs, like green and red socks.

  2. Products with Similar Functions: Such as a remote-controlled car and a remote-controlled truck.

  3. Seasonal or Replaced Products: When older, off-season products have been replaced by new seasonal ones, like winter fashion.

  4. Upgraded or Similar Versions: When a product is replaced by a similar or upgraded version.

Creating product groups manually

  1. From Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Products & Groups.

  2. Select the product you would like to add to a group, and click Add to Group > Create a group.

  3. Enter a title for your group and click Create.

4. Return to the Products section and start adding products to the newly created group

For other platforms

  1. In your Judge.me admin panel, go to Manage Reviews and select Products & Groups.

  2. Choose Manage Groups.

  3. Enter a title for your group and click Add New Group.

  4. Return to the Products section and start adding products to the newly created group.

Creating product groups with automation

You can also group products in bulk based on criteria like vendor, product type, or product tags. These automated groups are updated daily, and any new products matching the criteria will be automatically added to the groups.

To use this option, please get in touch with our support team via chat or email at [email protected], and we'll be glad to assist you!

Important things to keep in mind

  • Each product can belong to only one group.

  • Even out-of-store products can be grouped.

  • It may take some time for changes to be reflected across Product Groups.

  • Each product group can contain up to 10,000 products. However, when grouping products manually, we update the first 25 products only. Any products beyond the 25th will have their widgets updated when new reviews are received or when a review is published or hidden for any of the group's products.

Tip!

If you're running multiple stores that sell the same products, explore cross-shop synchronization as an alternative solution.
