Static and dynamic coupons for review rewards
Static and dynamic coupons for review rewards
Updated over a week ago

Engaging with your customers and encouraging them to share their experiences is a fantastic way to build a strong connection. Depending on your eCommerce platform, you can implement either static or dynamic coupons to reward your reviewers.

Static coupon

Static coupons use the same coupon code for every customer. Here's how to use them:

  1. Create the desired coupon code in your eCommerce platform.

  2. In Judge.me, go to Marketing and Social > Coupons > Coupon external codes > Static coupon code (optional), and add the code you created.

Please note that if you wish to turn off the Reward feature, you must first remove the static coupon to avoid encountering an error.

For other platforms

In Judge.me, go to Settings > Rewards > Review coupons > Coupon Code (external codes), and add the code you created.

Dynamic coupon

Dynamic coupons provide each customer with a unique coupon code from a list you upload. Follow these steps to implement dynamic coupons:

  1. Create a coupon code in your eCommerce platform to use as a static coupon.

  2. In Judge.me, go to Marketing and Social > Coupons > Coupon external codes > Static coupon code (optional), and add the code created in step 1. When dynamic coupons are depleted, the system will switch to using the static coupon.

  3. Create additional coupon codes in your eCommerce platform. For Shopify users, simply export these coupons into a CSV file. For users on other platforms, you can prepare a CSV file following the steps below.

  4. Upload the CSV file in Judge.me by going to Marketing and Social > Coupons > Coupon external codes > Dynamic codes > Upload.

For your convenience, you can download the CSV template by clicking the button below:

Here's an explanation of each column in the CSV file:

code

required

the coupon code for each reviewer

expired_at

optional

the expiration date of the coupon (dd/mm/yyyy). We won't send coupons that have expired

limit_send

optional

the number of times we can use this coupon (default value is 1)

For other platforms

  • In Judge.me, go to Settings > Rewards > Review coupons > Coupon Code (external codes) > Static coupon, and add the code created in step 1.

  • Then upload the CSV file in Judge.me by going to Settings > Rewards > Review coupons > Coupon Code (external codes) > Upload more dynamic coupons.
